NEWS: Support Trailer Premiere

Listen. Apologize. Sympathize. Apologize.

SupportMost people work at least one job in their life that they can’t stand. For Jessie Stegner, that was being a customer service representative. The only way that Jessie was able to get through the day was by writing down the outrageous things that clients said to her over the phone. While she did not enjoy her job, she did enjoy looking back at all the ridiculous things customers said. This became the inspiration for Support, a show about a group of friends working together at a call center.

Jessie, her production partner, Eric Braband, and the rest of the cast and crew worked on the pilot for the better part of a year. They also submitted it to the New York Television Festival. This weekend, Support will finally shown to the public for the very first time.

“There were a few times I would look around the room and see everyone so focused that it made me a little teary-eyed,” she said. “Seeing your friends doing something just because they love you and love the work you do is just the best feeling in the world.”

The Support premiere will take place on Sunday August, 17 at 6pm at the The Public House Theatre. The event will play the full episode, a commentary and a blooper reel. Keep an eye out for event updates on the Public House calendar and an upcoming Facebook event for the premiere. In the mean time, check out the trailer.
